4. Consumer will get an assured voucher as per the below process of redemption free of charge. Standard SMS/ Internet charges may apply during the redemption process. 6. Follow the below steps to redeem the voucher: Step 1- Shopper purchases Symphony product from the website and receives an E-code for the promo. Shopper visits www.symphony.rewardzpromo.com , enters Unique code, Name, Mobile number, email ID and clicks on submit. On successful submission shopper will receive a claim code for each experience on email and SMS within 24 hours. Step 2- Shopper enters the claim code on respective experience logo on the claim Tab. 5. Partner voucher code will be received on SMS within 24 hours. Unique code can be used only once for getting the partner voucher code. Symphony shall not be responsible in case of the partner voucher code being misused or failed or lost during transaction. No requests or demands or claims will be entertained.

Consumer shall be required to read, understand and accept the partner voucher (“Partner Vouchers”) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner’s end.
7. Unique code can be redeemed only via campaign website to get claim code and partner voucher code. Partner voucher code can be redeemed ONLY on Partner Voucher app and website.
8. Maximum 1 voucher can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Symphony and Rewardport promoters, retailers, employee, Distributors or any other channel partner.
9. Validity of the Partner voucher codes is 30 days period i.e. if the coupon code is received on SMS on 31st December 2021 then the code would be valid for 30 days i.e. till 30th January 2022.
10. Vouchers cannot be clubbed together or with any other offer on the Partner voucher platform.
11. Partner voucher reserves the right to cancel/ change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice. In such a situation Rewardport if possible, will replace the experience and offer reward worth equivalent value as per availability. This will complete our promotional obligation. Symphony shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Partner Vouchers.
12. Partner Voucher reserves the right to terminate the voucher benefit at any time without notice.
13. Partner Voucher reserves the right to deny honoring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any customer without providing customer any explanation thereof
14. In no event Partner Voucher be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.
15. The voucher cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
16. The voucher cannot be exchanged for smaller eGift voucher denominations. Once consumer selects the choice of Partner Voucher it cannot be altered, changed or replaced with any other voucher experience listed in the Promotional Offer.
17. If the voucher is lost, misplaced or stolen, neither will a new eGift voucher will not be issued nor will the money be refunded in any manner. Duplicate eGift voucher will not be issued.
18. Symphony, Rewardport or Partner Voucher shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the gift voucher. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
19. Partner voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its booking terms from time to time.
20. Multiple vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction & the vouchers cannot be combined with any other running promotional offer on Partner Voucher platform.
21. This is strictly a one time usage code.
22. The customer data received during the Promotional Offer is confidential and will not be shared with Symphony or any other agency for future campaigns and analysis purpose. The data will be discarded after 30 days from the last date of campaign.

24. The decision of Symphony or its Partner Agency, as regards to the Promotional Offer shall be final. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
25. No queries, claims, dispute, complaints or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Symphony and its Partner Agency from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
26. The prize cannot be exchanged, and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
27. The use of Partner Voucher name in this terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof, and does not in any manner confer, assign or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Partner Voucher in Symphony. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate or any other relationship between Symphony and Partner Voucher, except that both entities have a principal to principal relationship.
28. This Promotional Offer shall be subject to Indian Laws and in case of any disputes, the Courts at Mumbai, shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
29. This Promotional Offer is not based on chance and has an assured subscription given as a gratification.
Uber Term:
A) To Redeem Uber Gift Voucher/ Gift cards:

1. This is an UBER Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would only be accepted on UBER APP.

3. Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the Uber app:
a) Go to the payment section in the Uber app
b) Tap "Add Payment Method" and select "Gift Card"
c) Enter your gift code
d) You can now see Uber credits added to your account
e) Once a gift card is added to an Uber account, it can't be transferred. You can't reload a gift card but you can add as many gift cards as you like with each upto a maximum of Rs 10,000.

13. If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
14. UBER GV / GC can be redeemed when setting up a new Uber account.
15. Also redeemable on an existing account by applying the code noted on the card to that account.
